World Masters Men 2012

The second weekend in October will be the new Winmau World Masters weekend at the darts calendar. Stephen Bunting is the first ever dart player to become World Master at the senior and junior circuit. In 2001 he won the youth tournament, eleven years later he takes the big one.

Bunting beats Tony O’Shea in the final. This is the sixth lost final for Silverback. Martin Adams, the man dominating the World Masters for the last few years, loses in the last 32 to Rune David. Bunting beats Dutchman Wesley Harms in the semi-final. Tony O’Shea defeats Northern-Irelands Paul Brown.
