World Masters Ladies 2005

From 22 to 24 October, the Royal Spa in Bridlington again hosts the World Masters. The final is the same as a year earlier, the result also. Trina Gulliver defeats Francis Hoenselaar 4-1 and thus wins her fourth Winmau World Masters title in a row, her fifth in total. This number equals the total of Eric Bristow, who also won the title five times in the men.

The Finnish Sari Nikula played a fantastic tournament and takes the semifinals, where they pass in a decisive seventh leg should bend Hoenselaar. Apylee Jones also cites first the semi-finals, they lose Gulliver 4-1.
