In 2010 the Zuiderduin Hotel was the venue for the Masters again. Ross Montgomery felt like home in this setting, because he claimed the title on Sunday. Montgomery needed a deciding set in the quarter final, semi-final and final. Ross The Boss defeated Stuart Kellett, Tony O’Shea and Robbie Green in the final on this Sunday.
In the final Green was 4-0 up at the interval, missed matchdarts and went on to lose this dramatic final.
The Dutch darters could not entertain the home crowd. No Dutchman managed to reach the quarterfinals. Next to Scotsman Montgomery, seven English players completed the last eight. Martin Adams, O’Shea and Green reached the semi-finals.
